Tim's commitment to service and culinary excellence has shaped Epulo’s unique character, blending classic elegance with a welcoming atmosphere. Tori Morris, Owner
Tori Morris has spent years working alongside her father, Tim, building a legacy of warm hospitality and exceptional dining. Now, as the proud owner of Epulo, she is dedicated to continuing that tradition—creating a space where every guest feels genuinely welcome. With a diverse background in hospitality, including experience in wineries, event planning, and every facet of restaurant operations, Tori combines hands-on expertise with a strong academic foundation—a finance and math degree from the University of Washington and a Level 2 sommelier certification. Her leadership, creativity, and passion for connecting with guests ensure that Epulo remains a place where great food and heartfelt hospitality go hand in hand. We are excited to have her guiding the future of Epulo!
Alex Kurtz, Executive Chef
Alex has been a chef for over 20 years specializing in fine dining and casual cuisine. Alex was classically trained in French and Italian Cuisine. From Arizona working in the resort industry, to Edmonds, which he now can call home. Alex came to Epulo 9 years ago, and we are so glad he is a part of the team.
Matthew Martin, General Manager
Born and raised in Germany, Matthew brings a wealth of culinary experience to Epulo Bistro. After spending 12 years as a sous chef, he embraced the opportunity to step into the General Manager role, where his passion for hospitality shines. Matthew's favorite part about working at Epulo is the incredible team surrounding him, creating an environment that fosters collaboration and excellence.
Heather Dino, Assistant Manager
Heather has been a vital part of the Epulo Bistro family since day one. With a career rooted in hospitality, she has excelled in her role in management for the past four years. Known for her exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills, Heather ensures that every guest receives an unforgettable dining experience. Her dedication and expertise make her an invaluable asset to our team!
Isabella Richmond, Events Manager
Isabella is a dynamic force at Epulo Bistro, expertly managing our events while also overseeing social media, marketing, and brand ambassador activities. With a marketing degree from Shoreline Community College, she began her journey with us as a host/server. After graduating, Isabella returned to Epulo and has since taken charge of these crucial areas, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to everything she does. Her passion for creating memorable experiences shines through in her work!
